Refund/Return Policy

If you are wanting a refund/return on the product that you have purchased from Sundae Customs that is fine under the conditions down below.

If you have ordered the wrong item, we can refund you as long as the product has not been made or shipped.

If your item has been damaged in transit email us and we can help you. Photo proof will be required. Sundaecustoms1@gmail.com 

Once your items have been used, no refund or replacement can be issued. If you are to break your item that is out of our control.
